Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
At Gremlin Vibe Co., LLC. each product is custom made—either in-house or printed on demand. Because of this, all sales are final.
We offer exchanges only if your item arrives with a clear manufacturer defect.
If your order is damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Photos showing the issue
After review, if approved:
• We will send a replacement of the same item at no cost.
• No returns are required, excluding jewelry. For jewelry exchanges, the defective item must be returned using the prepaid shipping label we provide.
• We do not cover return shipping or offer refunds.
Exchanges will not be approved for:
• Buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection
• Color tone differences due to screen settings
• Shipping delays by USPS or any carrier

Jewelry – Returns & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted and custom jewelry. While all sales are final, we offer exchanges for jewelry only if the product has a clear manufacturer defect.
Eligible for Exchange (Jewelry Only)
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at matt@gremlinvibeco.com
2. Provide:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defect
• A short description of the issue
Exchange Approval Process
• If approved, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label.
• The defective item must be returned to receive an exchange.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll ship a replacement of the same item at no cost.
Exchanges will not be approved for:
• Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or mishandling
• Cosmetic dissatisfaction (e.g., minor tone differences, sizing error)
• Claims without photo evidence or past the 7-day window

Important Notes
• Jewelry priced under $25 may not qualify for prepaid return labels and will be handled case-by-case.
• Return label approval is at the discretion of Gremlin Vibe Co., LLC. based on order history, frequency of claims, and inventory availability.
• We reserve the right to deny exchanges where policy abuse is suspected.

Hats - Return & Replacement Policy
All sales of hats are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
If your hat arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
• The damage must be due to manufacturing or shipping error, not customer misuse or improper care.
• Gremlin Vibe Co. reserves the right to approve or deny any replacement request at our sole discretion.
We do not cover return shipping under any circumstances. If a replacement is approved, a new product will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
